A construction visit isn't minutes in the air. It's mobilisation, a certificated pilot, capture, upload, processing, review and publication — and it costs about the same whether the flight takes twenty minutes or fifty. So that's what we price.

Rates assume a project inside the Dallas–Fort Worth service area. We work statewide by arrangement; out-of-market travel is quoted on top and listed in the adders. Volume figures are photogrammetric estimates for planning and internal tracking — they are not payment quantities and not a regulated deliverable. Deliverables go to a shared project folder that anyone on the job can open — we don't issue accounts and we don't charge for seats.
Some of it we don't self-perform, and we say so.
These are delivered by firms we manage and stand behind. One point of contact, one invoice. We're bringing them in-house rather than claiming them early.
