Certified pay quantities, final acceptance, a sealed report, a permit or agency submission, grade certification, engineering conformance or anything with a boundary implication cross into regulated professional practice — Kinetic routes those to a qualified licensed professional before any number is produced, rather than trying to solve them with a disclaimer.
